Exchange Policy
LESLEY SUN Return & Exchange Policy
LESLEY SUN provides exchanges for all items, except for sale items and items specified as non-returnable. Items under the MF by GCDC category are strictly not eligible for exchange or refund for size and design.
All items returned for exchange MUST be in their new and original condition, with the label/tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. LESLEY SUN reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria. Returns that fail to comply with these requirements will be strictly declined and forfeited.
All returns MUST include the Purchase Invoice. Please contact LESLEY SUN customer care if the Purchase Invoice is lost.
LESLEY SUN’s customer care team will notify the buyer once the returned item is received. Exchanges will be processed after the return is received, and notification will be sent via email. The exchange process typically takes 3-4 working days from the receipt of the return.
Important: Contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel to request an exchange, and ensure any exchange or return is sent back to us within the 5-day period.
All returns are strictly the buyer’s responsibility until they reach LESLEY SUN. Buyers are advised to send us the courier tracking information once they send out the parcel.
(i) Return of Unsatisfactory Items
Items returned for the following reason will fall under the Return of Unsatisfactory Items category, and all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by the buyer:
- Size does not fit the buyer.
Note: Personal preferences such as style/design/etc. are NOT ALLOWED as valid reasons for exchange or refund after purchase.
If the returned/purchased item is out of stock in other size(s) or color(s), the buyer may choose to:
- Exchange it for another item of equivalent value or top up the difference for an item of higher value.
- Convert the item value into store credit for future purchases with LESLEY SUN.
Strictly no cash refunds are allowed.
Each purchased item is only entitled to one (1) exchange process. Exchanged items are not eligible for another return or exchange.
Note:
- Item color may vary due to studio lighting. Slight color variations between the actual item and the image are not considered defects.
- Actual item measurements may vary by 1cm to 2cm due to material differences and measurement methods. Such variations are not considered defects. Buyers are encouraged to compare the size guide with their existing apparel for a more accurate fit.
(ii) Return of Defective Items
Items returned for the following reasons will be deemed defective, and all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by LESLEY SUN:
- Torn item.
- Stained item (stain size equivalent to or larger than a 20-cent coin).
All defective items must be verified by LESLEY SUN before processing for an exchange.
If the returned/purchased item is out of stock in other size(s) or color(s), the buyer may choose to:
- Exchange it for another item of equivalent value or top up the difference for an item of higher value.
- Retain store credit for future purchases with LESLEY SUN.
Strictly no cash refunds are allowed.
For returns due to other reasons not listed above, please contact LESLEY SUN customer care for assistance. LESLEY SUN reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the return policy criteria.
Additional Notes for Singaporean Customers
For Singaporean customers who have purchased pre-order items or items delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we apologize and aim to ensure all items are shipped together. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
Postage Policy:
- FREE DELIVERY is valid for a one-time purchase only. Additional purchases made separately will incur a postage fee of RM80 per parcel.
- Pre-order items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for store credits.
